Shipping Policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping charges are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Shipping options and charges

Standard Shipping £5.99 — free on orders of £59 or more 7–15 working days
Express Shipping £9.99 5–7 working days

The free shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing and dispatch

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day. During sales and busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track Order page. Tracking information usually starts updating once the parcel reaches the carrier's network, so there may be a short gap before the first update. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Late delivery

We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you. If your order has not arrived within the delivery time shown above, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered within the agreed time (or within 30 days if no time was agreed), you may set an additional reasonable period for delivery and, if we still fail to deliver, cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@nuvellashop.co.uk as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay for UK delivery. If any import charges are ever applied to a UK delivery, please contact us before paying them so we can help.
