Accessibility Statement

Nuvella wants everyone to be able to shop with us comfortably. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Pages can be navigated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Images have text alternatives and buttons have descriptive labels.
• Pop-up windows (size guide, quick add, reviews) can be closed with the Esc key and return focus to where you were.
• Carousels can be paused or controlled with buttons, and animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• Colour contrast is checked for text and controls.

Known limitations

Some older product images contain text that is also described on the page. Some customer review photos may not have detailed descriptions.
