Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard Shipping is £5.99 (free on orders of £59 or more) and arrives in 7–15 working days after dispatch; Express Shipping is £9.99 and arrives in 5–7 working days. See our Shipping Policy.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Use our Track Order page.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a Size Chart button with the measurements for that item, a guide to measuring yourself (in cm and inches) and UK/US/EU size conversions.

Can I return an item?

Yes — you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK law, and we also accept returns of eligible, unworn items within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear bottoms must be unworn with the hygiene liner intact. See our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter the code at checkout. For example, NUV12 gives £12 off orders of £79 or more.
